Our wedding catering service can be provide for as few as 30 guests to larger receptions with 100’s of guests, at your chosen venue.

In addition to a wide range of buffet and set menus, created by award-winning chef, Phil Hazeldine, we can also provide cutlery, crockery, table linen and serving staff.

We understand that a wedding organiser has a budget to work within and may have specific tastes to please. Our flexible menu selection enables you to have the food you want, that suits your budget.

You can rely on us for your event or corporate function in the Nelson region. With over 20 years experience we can deliver tasty food, well prepared and served, on time and to a specified budget.

Whether it is a small gathering or a large event we can cater for anything such as, meetings, business lunches and breakfasts, conferences, product launches, business openings, training sessions, retirements and so much more.

You can choose from delicious buffets, set menus, platters and also teas and coffees during breaks. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quote.

Delivering hot and cold food to remote locations and serving it well is a skill that we have developed over 20 years.

Nelson Wedding & Event Catering are your outdoor catering specialists. The Nelson / Tasman region has many beautiful outdoor locations available for weddings, barbeques and celebration parties and some of the sunniest weather in the world in which to enjoy it.

We can provide perfectly prepared meals to your guests – taking care of the food preparation, transportation and presentation at your venue. Our chefs and serving staff will ensure that every detail is taken care of so you can enjoy the day, whatever the occasion or celebration.
